Margi Party Designs proudly serves Orange County, NY, including Monroe, Chester, Washingtonville, Middletown, Goshen, and surrounding Hudson Valley areas. We happily serve other counties, and a traveling fee will be included on your quote.
2. What services do you offer?
We offer balloon décor, wedding décor, event styling, backdrop rentals, linen rentals, faux floral arrangements, marquee numbers/letters, event planning, and day-of coordination services.
3. Do you offer full wedding planning or just décor?
We offer wedding décor services as well as event planning and day-of coordination. Whether you need full styling or just help executing your vision, we have packages to fit your needs.
4. How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2–6 months in advance for weddings and large events. Popular dates (especially spring and fall in Orange County, NY) book quickly.
5. How do I secure my event date?
Your event date is secured once the contract is signed and a 50% non-refundable retainer is received. Remaining balance is due prior to the event date.
6. Do you offer customizable décor packages?
Yes! We offer curated packages and seasonal specials, but everything can be customized based on your vision, venue, and budget.
7. Do you provide balloon garlands and custom backdrops?
Yes! We specialize in organic balloon garlands, custom backdrop designs, circular arches, and themed event installations for weddings, baby showers, birthdays, and corporate events.
8. Can you match my event theme and color palette?
Absolutely. We design each event to reflect your unique style, theme, and color palette.
9. Do you set up and break down the décor?
Yes. We offer professional delivery, setup, and breakdown services so you can enjoy your event stress-free.
10. Do you rent linens and event equipment?
Yes! We rent high-quality tablecloths, specialty linens, décor pieces, marquee numbers, and other event equipment.
11. Are consultations available?
Yes, we offer consultations to discuss your vision, budget, and event details. Consultations can be scheduled through our inquiry form.
12. What is your traveling fee?
We proudly serve Orange County, NT and surrounding areas. Events located outside our standard service radius are subject to a travel fee, which includes Distance from our studio, travel time, tolls & parking, transportation of professional equipment, and extended setup logistics. Our travel fee ensures safe transport of your décor and allows our team to dedicate the necessary time to your event.
Mileage fee: $1.00/ mile. Travel fee= $30/hr. of travel
